Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise at 1st IO Command to rotational training units thereby creating exercise realism and a positive training environment. The Role Player will follow scripted and non-scripted scenario driven training events while maintaining close, interpersonal interaction with the rotational training unit and other role players. During the exercise scenario, the Role Player will be asked to replicate as authentically as possible, based on personal experience or knowledge, a given persona or position. This may include typical daily life, duties and responsibilities of the position/role or realistic portrayal of an adversary, among other duties. Within the exercise scenario, Role Players may interact with host nation officials and civilians, representatives of other foreign governments and various U.S. DoD personnel.

 

· Assist with Mission Rehearsal Exercise (MRX) research and design, as well as identifying the supported unit’s processes, procedures, templates, and battle rhythm for inclusion in the MRX

 

· Assist in MRX product development and design

 

· Develop and produce IO Field Support Team AOR specific orientation briefings

 

· Participate in MRX preparations, rehearsals, activities, and After-Action-Reviews

 

· Serve as role player in multiple roles during MRX as directed

 

· Prepare and present classes related to areas of expertise

 

· Support internal training activities for MRX personnel and role players

Qualifications

Role Player must be experienced in one or more of the following fields: Electronic Warfare, Military Information Support Operations, Civil Military Operations, Civil Affairs, and Military Intelligence

 

· Master’s degree with 4 years’ experience | Bachelors with 6 years | 10 years of experience

 

· Must be a US Citizen

 

· Required Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS)/Special Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility
