HT-JCOE Mission

To provide advanced, experiential-based, joint HUMINT training, professional development and certification in debriefing, MSO, and enabling support to HUMINT operations to meet the requirements of the Defense HUMINT Enterprise (DHE).


- Provide instruction/facilitation of course material incorporating current adult learning experiential methods

- Instruct, mentor, and evaluate students in classroom and in various field environments

- Provide formal written and verbal feedback to students with regard to student capabilities to perform learned skills in all environments

- Record performance as outlined by HT-JCOE performance requirements

- Travel may be expected


Senior Level Training Specialists for MSO Cat 1 DATC

- Secret Clearance

- MSO Cat 1 qualified via OTC, DATC, ASOTC, or Legacy CAT 1 or higher course

- Able to drive a motor vehicle for up to five hours without assistance; valid civilian driver license.

- Physically capable of sustained walking without a break for five miles over uneven terrain, and in inclement weather.

- Understand and communicate discreetly during one-on-one conversations in public venues without attracting undue attention.

- Minimum of two years operational MSO experience after completion of CAT 1 certification, with a total of five years of combined MSO experience.
